Raul Eduardo Bermudez and Raul Enrique Bermudez both graduated as Industrial Engineers from Universidad Católica Andres Bello in Venezuela, and both obtained their Project Management certificate in the Construction Trades Program at Florida International University (FIU).

In 2006, the brothers incorporated Bermudez Global Company Venezuela (BGC Vzla) as a successor entity to their father's real estate development and construction, when their father retired. Upon their father's retirement, BGC Vzla absorbed their father's business in its entirety, hiring all employees and assuming or replacing all outstanding contracts with clients of the Company.

The Bermudez brothers are accomplished entrepreneurs, a skill and motivation passed down by their father. They owned and operated their own businesses since 2003.

Always entrepreneurial and seeking opportunities abroad, they turned their attention to the United States to establish their company in the construction sector, leveraging a management team with over 35 years of experience to quickly position themselves through the knowledge transfer they would acquire. They established BERMUDEZ GLOBAL COMPANY (BGC USA) as their parent company and immediately embarked on a residential real estate development, which later led them to establish FENNEC LLC General Contractor, not only to provide services for their own developments but also for third parties.

The strength of Fennec LLC lies not only in its experience as a General Contractor but also in its experience as developers, which provides a comprehensive vision, helping clients reduce costs while maintaining quality and efficiency in construction processes.
